19 Khwarij in KP Neutralized by Security Forces
RAWALPINDI — Pakistan’s security forces successfully eliminated 19 Khwarij in KP during three separate, intelligence-based operations on September 9 and 10, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed Thursday.
According to the ISPR, the first operation took place in Guluno, Mohmand District, where troops engaged a Khwarij hideout. After an intense firefight, 14 Indian-proxy militants were neutralized.
In Datta Khel, North Waziristan, another IBO led to the killing of four more Khwarij, while one militant was taken out in Bannu District in a third encounter.
Security forces also recovered weapons and ammunition from the dead militants, who were allegedly involved in numerous terrorist acts in the region.arynews
Pakistan’s military stated that sanitization operations are ongoing to eliminate remaining threats, underscoring its resolve to wipe out Indian-backed terrorism from the country.
