Despite slipping to 15th place after the second round, Habib fought back with determination, refusing to let early mistakes define his campaign.
On the last day, Habib produced a spectacular 4-under-par 68, with six birdies and just two bogeys, finishing at 294 (+6) Pakistan Amateur
A streak of three birdies on holes 15, 16, and 17 secured his one-stroke victory over Sri Lanka’s Danushan Kanas Kumar.
The Pakistan Golf Federation praised Habib’s resilience, calling his win a proud moment for Pakistan golf, while Anya Faruq won the women’s title and Pakistan A triumphed in the international team event.
