Gas Relief Ban Lifted on Domestic Connections

The federal government of Pakistan has ended the four-year freeze on new domestic Gas Relief Ban connections. Households now may apply for RLNG connections—30–35% cheaper than LPG—while the cabinet also declared climate and agricultural emergencies to address flooding fallout.
