The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched a new feature in its Pak ID mobile application, allowing citizens to track the real-time status of their ID card and other application processes.
According to NADRA officials, the update is designed to enhance user convenience and transparency, enabling applicants to monitor every stage of their application—ranging from submission to approval and dispatch.
The Pak ID app already provides services such as online CNIC renewal, modification, issuance of family registration certificates, and now with the tracking feature, it offers a more complete digital experience for citizens.
This initiative aligns with NADRA’s broader digital transformation strategy, aimed at reducing the need for physical visits to NADRA offices and making essential services more accessible nationwide.
