KARACHI: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has rolled out an exclusive 15% discount on PIA Canada flights, aiming to make travel more affordable for passengers, ARY News reported on Monday.
According to the national flag carrier, travelers can book discounted tickets for PIA Canada flights until October 10, with the offer valid for travel between September 30 and December 19, 2025.
The announcement comes shortly after the airline temporarily halted PIA Canada flights from September 13 to 27, 2025, due to scheduled maintenance of its Boeing 777 long-range aircraft. The carrier confirmed the suspension in an official notice, stressing its commitment to passenger safety.
A PIA spokesperson explained that the airline conducted a three-week technical inspection on two of its Boeing 777 aircraft to ensure operational readiness ahead of peak travel demand. Despite this effort, PIA continues to face challenges due to limited aircraft availability, which has affected both international and domestic schedules.
The new discount on PIA Canada flights highlights the airline’s strategy to win back passengers’ trust while balancing safety standards with customer convenience.
