Strong Action on Propaganda Against Pak Army
Islamabad – September 10, 2025:
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has declared that propaganda against Pak Army and other state institutions will no longer be tolerated. Chairing a federal cabinet meeting, he vowed strict action against those spreading false narratives or ridiculing national defenders on social media, warning they will be identified and held accountable.
Paying tribute to Major Adnan Aslam, who embraced martyrdom in the line of duty, the PM praised his family’s courage and reaffirmed the nation’s pride in its armed forces and martyrs.
Highlighting his recent visit to China, Sharif called the trip a success, noting new trade opportunities and stronger diplomatic ties with both Beijing and Washington, backed by fresh MoUs for investment.
The premier also announced a climate and agricultural emergency after devastating floods left at least 1,000 dead and severely damaged crops. He directed officials to complete a comprehensive damage assessment within a week and warned that delays in development projects would not be tolerated.
