Pakistani security forces dismantled a terrorist network in Balochistan, eliminating 13 militants linked to Fitna al-Khawarij and Fitna al-Hindustan. Weapons and explosives were seized during the operations, ISPR confirmed.
Terrorist Network Security forces successfully eliminated 13 terrorists in two separate intelligence-led operations within Balochistan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) announced.
In Quetta, forces struck a hideout of Fitna al-Khawarij, killing 10 militants and seizing a large cache of arms. In Kech district, another raid targeted Fitna al-Hindustan, resulting in 3 more militants neutralized and recovery of explosives and other matériel.
The ISPR stated that both groups are tied to Indian-backed proxies and involved in destabilisation efforts across the region. It affirmed that the security forces will not relent in their mission to eradicate anti-state elements and defend national security.
President Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the operations and reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering resolve to defeat foreign-supported terrorism.
